About the role
Lead our New Plymouth workshop, support the team, manage workflow, and deliver great service in a friendly, hands‑on role. You will be responsible for ensuring the workshop runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the New Plymouth workshop team.
- Support staff in daily tasks and technical challenges.
- Manage workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle maintenance.
- Oversee inventory of parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service advisors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in automotive service or workshop management.
- Strong leadership and team‑support abilities.
- Hands‑on approach with a focus on quality service.
- Ability to manage budgets and workshop performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and staff.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 per year.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in New Plymouth Central.
