Service Advisor

About the role

Manawatu Toyota is looking for a friendly, professional Service Advisor to join its Service Team in Palmerston North. You will act as the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repairs, ensuring a smooth and timely service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the workshop to schedule and track vehicle servicing.
• Communicate vehicle service needs and status updates to customers.
• Prepare accurate invoices and ensure proper documentation of jobs.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and efficient service.
• Handle a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and work under pressure when required.

Required profile

• Positive, people‑oriented attitude with a good sense of humour.
• Clean, full driver’s licence capable of operating both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong written and numerical abilities.
• Ability to follow processes and work well within a team.
• Motivated, energetic, and willing to learn on the job.
