About the role

Halter is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to lead recruitment for its Supply Chain & Logistics functions. You will partner with hiring managers worldwide to attract and secure top‑tier talent that aligns with the company’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across regions and functions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute talent strategies, workforce planning, and capability mapping to support rapid scaling.
• Shape and continuously improve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with People & Performance.
• Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior talent acquisition professional, preferably in fast‑growing tech or logistics environments.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and understand business hiring needs.
• Passion for sourcing high‑quality candidates and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, global setting.
