Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Energy and Utilities team in Auckland. In this role you will lead recruitment strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage and hire high‑calibre talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for multiple functions and levels within the Energy and Utilities business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide talent market insights.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and assessment through to offer and onboarding.
• Utilise data and analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and reporting.
• Champion a positive candidate experience and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Support national and regional projects and contribute to the ANZ Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and inclusive hiring practices.
