About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the small, fast‑moving squad building am:pm, an agentic AI product that acts as the brain for real‑estate operators. • Collaborate with product, design and customers to define what to build next.
• Diagnose, resolve and harden production issues quickly.
• Shape the technical direction of the product, including AI‑powered feature design.
• Mentor and raise the engineering standards of the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid change and early‑stage product work.

• .NET 8, C# and SQL Server.
• Microsoft Azure deployment, Terraform IaC and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) in daily development.

What we offer

• Comprehensive health insurance.
