Senior Service Operations Specialist

About the role

Map Consulting is looking for a Senior Service Operations Specialist to lead and continuously improve its service delivery function. This is a hands‑on position where you will own the day‑to‑day operation, drive system enhancements and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall service operation and be accountable for its performance.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose and implement improvements to the service system.
• Deliver high‑quality, consistent service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to guide decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in managing service or call‑centre environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
