Senior Recruitment Consultant – Marketing & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our 360 recruitment desk focused on web development and technical talent within the marketing and digital sector. You will work closely with agencies, digital studios, and in‑house marketing teams to match senior developers with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for senior Web Developers, Front‑End/Back‑End Engineers, and Full‑Stack Developers.
• Build and expand a client portfolio across marketing agencies and digital businesses.
• Deliver a high‑quality experience for both candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level recruitment experience in web development or technical roles.
• Deep understanding of tech stacks and the marketing/digital environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
