Senior Recruiter – Tech

About the role

Robert Walters is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead technology and transformation hiring for some of New Zealand's largest organisations. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment cycles while building deep, long‑term partnerships with key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop multiple PSA client relationships across sectors such as banking, healthcare, education, superannuation, insurance and investment.
• Recruit for a broad portfolio of technology and transformation roles, including product engineering, architecture, AI, security and project services.
• Partner with organisations to understand talent needs and deliver high‑quality candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a focus on technology and transformation.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
