Senior Recruiter - Construction, Infrastructure and Operations

About the role

Madison Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Auckland team. You will manage a warm desk covering construction, infrastructure, operations and related professional services, leveraging existing client relationships while expanding the market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of live roles across project management, property & facilities, asset management, supply chain, construction and infrastructure.
• Deliver individual revenue targets through high‑quality recruitment services for both candidates and clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to grow the desk.
• Collaborate with internal teams while operating autonomously to meet hiring goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of current recruitment experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong emotional and rational intelligence with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work independently while contributing to a collaborative culture.
• Commitment to delivering an authentic, high‑quality experience for clients and candidates.
