Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will ensure product quality for Invenco by GVR's outdoor payment terminals and forecourt controllers. The role involves developing and executing automated test strategies for hardware, embedded firmware and software applications, aligning with company and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and detailed test plans based on business requirements and specifications.
• Create, maintain and execute automated test scripts and harnesses for hardware, firmware and software components.
• Set up and verify test environments, including off‑site certification when required.
• Document test results, report defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering and external partners to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance and test automation for embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of hardware, firmware and software integration testing.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
