Senior Project Manager – Three Waters Infrastructure

About the role

Join a high‑performing local team in Dunedin to lead the delivery of critical Three Waters and infrastructure resilience projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility studies through to construction, handover and ongoing community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead diverse projects such as treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs and associated networks.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Issue change instructions, run project meetings and provide clear reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with local communities, regulators and internal teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years post‑graduate experience in civil engineering, project delivery or construction management.
• Proven track record delivering projects in complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience as a consultant or client‑side Project Manager is essential.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on project execution.
