About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Branch Manager to lead our civil construction branch in Dunedin Central. This hands‑on leadership position will give you real influence over systems, people and results while driving sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure delivery of high‑quality construction projects.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of five staff members to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and improve operational processes to lift overall branch efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within civil construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a focus on continuous improvement.
