Senior Project Manager – Ecommerce

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce website projects for a digital agency based in Takapuna, Auckland. You will act as the primary point of contact, driving projects forward, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for eCommerce sites of varying scale and complexity.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Apply proven project management principles to both enterprise‑level and smaller client engagements.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing eCommerce projects, preferably on Shopify.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced team.
