Senior Project Manager – 6‑month contract (Auckland/Christchurch)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager on a six‑month contract to lead a major enterprise transformation initiative. The role works across business, digital and data teams to define future project‑management, reporting and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and planning phase of the transformation programme.
• Define digital and data architecture requirements for future integration.
• Develop the target operating model and concept of operations for ongoing support and funding.
• Establish a portfolio‑level reporting, governance and data‑quality framework.
• Create a multi‑year roadmap for system enhancements and capability uplift.
• Design a digital change‑management approach to support adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation or digital projects.
• Strong background in project discovery, business case development or strategic planning.
• Experience working across data, digital platforms and system integration initiatives.
• Confident engagement with senior stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
• Excellent governance, planning and communication abilities.
