Senior People Services Advisor

About the role
The Senior People Services Advisor will join the People & Culture Directorate of NHS Highland, providing expert HR advice and support to managers and staff across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality HR guidance on policies, procedures and employee relations.
- Support managers in handling performance, recruitment and development matters.
- Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in line with NHS Scotland commitments.
- Assist with flexible working arrangements and coordinate relocation support where needed.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure consistent HR practice.
Required profile
- CIPD qualification at Associate level or equivalent HR experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Commitment to NHS values and to fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Gaelic language skills are welcomed but not mandatory.
