Senior Margin, Loss & Integrity Manager

About the role

This senior, enterprise‑wide position is responsible for protecting retail margin through a disciplined, data‑led approach to loss prevention, shrink reduction, and integrity controls across a nationwide store network.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategy and vision for margin protection, loss prevention, and retail integrity.
• Design and deliver an enterprise shrink and loss prevention programme with measurable outcomes.
• Lead rollout, optimisation, and governance of Facial Recognition Technology as a core loss‑prevention tool.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory and Compliance teams on data and privacy obligations.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Store Operations, IT, Product and external partners.
• Establish performance metrics, reporting and insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and incident responses, including regulator and law‑enforcement engagement.
• Embed capability, training and change management to ensure sustainable loss‑prevention practices.

Required profile

• Experienced senior leader with deep expertise in loss prevention, retail risk or integrity.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes at scale in large retail/FMCG environments.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills across executive and operational teams.
• Advanced analytical and commercial capability to translate insights into business impact.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with high integrity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
