About the role
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead our team of fire compliance technicians in Whangarei Central. This first‑line management role will oversee service delivery, customer contracts and build strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of 15 fire compliance technicians to deliver service outcomes.
- Estimate and oversee new customer contracts.
- Coordinate testing inspections and the BWOF process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
