Senior Insights Lead

About the role

The Senior Insights Lead will generate forward‑looking, actionable insights from workforce and people data to support strategic decision‑making. Working closely with the Senior Workforce and Data Analyst, you will translate complex employee‑lifecycle data into clear recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse workforce data to identify patterns, trends and emerging risks.
• Develop data stories and visualisations that make insights accessible to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People & Capability, Payroll and Reporting teams to ensure alignment of insight with operational needs.
• Produce forward‑looking recommendations that go beyond standard reporting.
• Support the development of workforce metrics and people‑analytics frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating insight from workforce or organisational data.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in analytics, HR business systems or a related field (desirable).
