Senior HR Business Partner (Hybrid, NZ)

About the role

EMM Consulting is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape people strategy during an exciting growth phase. The role can be full‑time or part‑time (4 days) and offers a flexible hybrid work model across Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton or Dunedin.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and drive business outcomes.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, helping teams navigate organisational transitions.
• Design and implement people‑focused projects that enhance culture, performance and employee experience.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with the global People team to align local practices with the broader People Strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a track record of driving change.
• Commitment to the values of integrity, respect and humility.
