Senior Cornerstone OnDemand Consultant

About the role

SureSkills is looking for a Senior Cornerstone OnDemand Consultant to lead the functional administration of its Cornerstone platform for clients across Australia and New Zealand. The role is remote, full‑time and focuses on optimizing learning, performance, succession, career and core HR modules while ensuring consistent processes and a high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional administration, configuration and ongoing optimisation of the Cornerstone OnDemand platform.
• Review existing configurations and business processes, identifying improvement and standardisation opportunities.
• Support performance management, succession planning, career development and learning processes.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex platform issues and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Define, implement and maintain governance standards, operating procedures and best practices.
• Conduct regular platform health checks and audits, recommending functional and user‑experience enhancements.
• Support Cornerstone releases – impact assessments, testing coordination, deployment planning and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions and advanced administrator training.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Harmonise processes, configurations and user experiences across Australia and New Zealand operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Cornerstone OnDemand administration, configuration and functional consulting.
• Strong functional knowledge of Learning, Performance, Succession, Careers and Core HR modules.
• Experience supporting enterprise or multi‑region HRIS and talent‑management environments.
• Proven ability to define and enforce governance frameworks and manage change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with HR, talent and learning leaders.
