Senior Analyst – Transformation Design & Delivery (Consulting)

About the role

PwC New Zealand is expanding its Transformation Design & Delivery practice in Auckland. As a Senior Analyst you will help clients design and implement complex transformation programmes across strategy, process, technology and change.

Key responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand challenges, contribute to solutions and support delivery of tangible results.
• Own defined deliverables across workstreams, from planning through execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project.
• Plan and manage workload, balance priorities and adapt to changing delivery needs.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and work with leads to address or escalate them.
• Support project management activities such as planning, tracking, reporting and coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist with implementation and service transition to embed solutions sustainably.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Help develop tools, frameworks and ways of working to strengthen PwC’s transformation delivery.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in transformation, change, project delivery or a related environment.
• Proven ability to own and deliver defined activities or deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Experience working in structured delivery environments.
