Senior Analyst – Projects & Change

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in the Projects & Change team at PwC New Zealand, you will support the Internal Firm Services function by introducing and improving technology, processes and ways of working that drive firm‑wide transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of technology and process change projects, including planning, coordination and documentation.
• Analyse business processes, data and system impacts to shape practical solutions.
• Test new processes and technology before rollout to end‑users.
• Create clear demos, guidance and user‑support materials to facilitate adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, change managers, data specialists, business teams and end‑users.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how technology can enable better business outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Project Management, Business Analysis or Change Management qualifications are highly regarded.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology‑enabled solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Highly organised with experience managing documentation, testing and delivery activities.
• Collaborative mindset and experience in professional services or technology transformation projects is advantageous.
• Proactive, curious attitude with a passion for learning emerging technologies.
