Senior Advisor Learning, Education and Development

About the role

The Senior Advisor in the Learning, Education and Development (LED) team partners with stakeholders across Wellington Free Ambulance to analyse capability development needs and creates high‑impact learning programmes. You will work closely with a dedicated team of learning, development and clinical education experts, providing strategic advice and ensuring projects meet quality, time and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with internal stakeholders to identify and analyse capability development requirements.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning, education and capability programmes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of LED projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Provide strategic support, advice and guidance on key initiatives alongside the Head of LED.
• Collaborate with the LED team to maintain high standards of learning and support a dynamic workforce.
