Secondary Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Secondary Supply Chain Manager will lead the development and management of BAT NZ's secondary supply chain strategy. This position focuses on establishing an effective route‑to‑market (RTM) model that supports the New Zealand market and aligns with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the secondary supply chain strategy for BAT NZ.
• Design and maintain an efficient RTM model to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with market demand.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Manage relationships with logistics partners and service providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably within a manufacturing or transport environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote tasks.
