Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant (Part‑Time)

About the role

You will be the welcoming face of the store, delivering a fun and engaging shopping experience. Using product knowledge you’ll provide personalised recommendations, demonstrate products and hand out tailored samples while helping to drive sales and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create an inviting store environment.
• Engage with shoppers to understand their needs and offer personalised recommendations and product demonstrations.
• Provide exceptional service by offering tailored samples and supporting in‑store events.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor.
• Manage stock levels, ensure shelves are well‑stocked and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
• Support sales targets through creative product promotion and teamwork.
• Control store costs such as product waste to meet budget goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
• Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive and respectful working environment.
