About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Scheduling Coordinator to keep our service operations running smoothly. Based in Ponsonby, you will manage technician schedules, client bookings, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage service bookings and support calls.
- Coordinate technician schedules, travel arrangements, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, project managers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and job‑management systems.
- Assist with service invoicing, reporting, stocktaking, and resource planning.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
- Clear, confident communicator able to prioritize in a busy environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
