SAP Supply Chain Consultant – Inventory & Warehouse Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant to optimise and enhance our live SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver improvements while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimise existing SAP IM/WM/EWM configuration in a brownfield environment.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Configure core processes such as goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, physical inventory, bin management, picking, packing and staging.
• Support master data governance for material master, storage locations and warehouse structures.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, Finance).
• Drive integration activities, including API mapping, EDI and middleware testing.
• Create and execute SIT, UAT and regression test scenarios, log defects and validate fixes.
• Document gap analysis, process design and configuration, and support ongoing system enhancements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of SAP Supply Chain functional experience with a focus on IM and WM/EWM.
• Proven track record in brownfield, live‑system environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
• Experience supporting functional integrations (APIs, EDI, middleware).
• Hands‑on experience with SIT, UAT and regression testing cycles.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
