About the role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join its Human Experience Management (HXM) practice. The role focuses on supporting large‑scale SuccessFactors ECP and ECC Payroll environments for New Zealand clients, offering a challenging and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for large SuccessFactors ECP and SAP ECC Payroll landscapes.
• Design, configure, and maintain complex interfaces between SuccessFactors, ECC, and external systems.
• Deliver consultative guidance to clients on payroll processes and system optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting extensive SuccessFactors ECP and ECC Payroll environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work remotely across multiple client sites while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
