SAP Functional In-Store Consultant

About the role

Mitre 10 is embarking on a major transformation programme that includes S/4HANA, GK POS and Commerce Cloud. As an SAP Functional In-Store Consultant you will bring SAP expertise to our retail and trade environments, shaping end‑to‑end solutions that impact customers across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business SMEs and design teams to shape SAP Supply Chain and Retail solutions.
• Own the functional quality of SAP solutions across the retail domain.
• Design and deliver robust, scalable, end‑to‑end SAP solutions.
• Provide governance from requirements through delivery to BAU.
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvements across the solution landscape.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to embed leading practices.
• Monitor solution performance, stability and reliability.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Retail full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
• Proven experience delivering SAP Retail solutions on S/4HANA.
