Salesforce Technical Architect – Telecom & Communication Cloud

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep telecom experience to lead enterprise‑level design and delivery of Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions for telecom operators in Auckland. You will shape the technology strategy, drive large‑scale transformation programs, and ensure scalable, end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture for Salesforce Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Lead large‑scale transformation initiatives for telecom operators, covering product catalog, CPQ, order management, and quote‑to‑cash processes.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong background in telecommunications and digital transformation.
• Proven experience as a senior architect or principal consultant on Salesforce Communication Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
• Track record of delivering enterprise‑wide, end‑to‑end solutions for telecom operators.
