Sales Representative – Primary Care Vaccines & Respiratory

About the role

GSK is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its high‑performing Primary Care sales team. You will promote key vaccines and respiratory brands across north Auckland and Northland, contributing to the company’s ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve territory business objectives for the promoted medicines.
• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure excellent day‑to‑day execution.
• Track territory performance, manage expenses, and report outcomes.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with industry and GSK codes of promotion and ethics.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or a related field.
• Minimum 12 months of field‑based sales experience.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, preferably in primary care or hospital settings.
• Full state driving licence and ability to travel within the territory, including regional travel.
• Demonstrated resilience, coachability and a growth mindset.
