Sales Performance Manager

About the role

As the founding member of Gallagher Security’s new sales enablement function, you will shape how the organisation sells by providing regional teams with the tools, insights and resources needed to turn deep product knowledge into market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with regional sales teams and head‑office stakeholders to identify and remove barriers to effective selling.
• Design and run a regular sales enablement forum for updates, regional requests and roadmap planning.
• Create, maintain and distribute practical enablement assets such as presentations, tools and sales collateral.
• Collect in‑region intelligence, competitor insights and win/loss feedback and feed them back to product, marketing and pricing teams.
• Partner with the training team to identify capability gaps, develop learning pathways and accelerate onboarding for new sales reps.
• Leverage AI tools and commercial data to improve how sales teams learn, engage with complex product information and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement, preferably with direct sales exposure.
• Proven experience working in a complex, multi‑product, multi‑market or global environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read pipeline data, spot trends and translate insights into enablement actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
