Sales Enablement Manager

About the role

As the founding member of Gallagher Security’s new sales enablement function, you will shape how the organisation sells by providing regional teams with the tools, insights and resources needed to turn deep product knowledge into market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with regional sales teams and head‑office stakeholders to identify and remove barriers to effective selling.
• Design and run a regular sales enablement forum that shares updates, captures regional requests and drives a future‑focused enablement roadmap.
• Create, maintain and distribute practical enablement assets such as presentations, tools and sales collateral.
• Gather in‑region intelligence, competitor insights and win/loss feedback, then feed these insights back to product, marketing and sales teams.
• Partner with the training team to pinpoint capability gaps, develop structured learning pathways and accelerate onboarding for new sales representatives.
• Leverage AI tools and commercial data to improve how sales teams learn, engage with complex product information and continuously boost performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement, preferably with hands‑on direct sales experience.
• Proven experience in a complex, multi‑product, multi‑market or global business environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read pipeline data, identify trends and translate insights into enablement actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and aligning diverse teams.
