About the role

Join a leading KiwiSaver and wealth‑management firm as a Sales Development Representative on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in our Dunedin office, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, turning warm leads into qualified appointments for our Financial Advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Call marketing‑generated warm leads and communicate the value of a financial‑advice appointment.
• Build authentic relationships, ask insightful questions, and educate prospects about the benefits of professional advice.
• Collaborate daily with Financial Advisers to ensure a seamless hand‑over of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and communication logs in Salesforce CRM.
• Continuously develop sales techniques and deepen knowledge of the financial services market.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building skills, especially over the phone.
• Resilient mindset – able to handle rejection and keep pursuing targets.
• Interest in learning new technology and financial products.
• Clean credit and police check required.
