Sales Consultant – Renewable Energy

About the role

Join a close‑knit team delivering high‑quality solar and battery storage solutions to homes and businesses across New Zealand. No prior solar experience is required – we provide full training on the industry, proposal design software and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone and email enquiries.
• Qualify, log and gather key information for new leads, including site visits.
• Design customised solar proposals using in‑house software.
• Maintain a steady pipeline through consistent follow‑up.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with effective pipeline management.
• Friendly, proactive attitude and enjoyment of connecting with people.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage a busy sales pipeline.
• Computer‑savvy with a willingness to learn new systems; prior CRM experience preferred.
• Resident of Wanaka/Hawea and engaged with the local community.
• Genuine enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability.
