About the role

Join Hype DC, the premium sneaker retailer of Accent Group, as a Sales Assistant. You will support the store management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast‑paced, sneaker‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the management team with daily store operations and sales initiatives.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock organization.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to match store trading patterns.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or supermarket settings.
• Strong passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, team‑oriented environment.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
• Full availability for late‑night and weekend shifts.
