Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to strengthen and maintain the luxury brand of Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa. You will design and deliver high‑impact marketing initiatives that reflect our identity and values, supporting both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing activities that convey the Sofitel Queenstown brand story.
• Create and manage social media content in line with the marketing calendar, analysing performance metrics.
• Produce monthly EDMs, maintain contact databases and support in‑house promotions for hotel outlets.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to maximise ROI.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates and provide insights for optimisation.
• Conduct regular audits of merchandising on third‑party sites and maintain online directory listings.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations and F&B teams to align campaigns with hotel events and partnerships.
• Assist with photography and video shoots, distributing visual assets across channels.
• Collect data for monthly sales and marketing reports and support regional corporate initiatives.
