Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will strengthen Sofitel Queenstown’s luxury brand by delivering strategic, high‑impact marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will create and execute campaigns that showcase the hotel’s unique stories and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and publish social media content in line with the brand calendar.
• Develop and distribute monthly EDMs, maintaining an up‑to‑date contact database.
• Support in‑house promotions for Le Salon Rouge, Left Bank Bistro and Sofitel Spa, aligning marketing with hotel events.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to maximise ROI.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates and online revenue, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct regular audits of external merchandising and online directory listings.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate Accor marketing teams on key initiatives.
• Assist with photography (still and video) for both online and offline use.
• Collect data for monthly sales and marketing activity reports.

Required profile

• Confident in creating and enhancing marketing content across digital channels.
• Ability to work closely with sales, reservations and F&B teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance monitoring and reporting.
