Sales Account Manager

About the role

This full‑time, in‑field position is based in the South Island of New Zealand (Timaru, Dunedin or Invercargill). You will own a diverse territory, nurture strong customer relationships and drive growth for premium haircare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand brand presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs and manage the sales territory effectively.
• Utilise CRM systems and Microsoft Office to track activities and report performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a sales territory and consistently meeting KPIs.
• Strong selling, planning and organisational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and results‑driven.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Passion for the professional hair industry and valid New Zealand working rights.

Required skills

• Confidence using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
