Revit Designer

About the role

Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand is seeking a Revit Designer to support the digital delivery of building services projects. You will work across civil and building services disciplines, creating accurate Revit models and documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage civil and building services drawings.
• Develop and deliver Revit digital models and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure coordinated outputs.
• Support project coordination, quality assurance and minimise rework.

Required profile

• NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in building services digital delivery.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within a design team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in CAD software.
• Expertise in Revit for building services projects.
• Knowledge of digital delivery methods for construction.
