About the role

Join the team at Mitre 10 MEGA Nelson as a Retail Sales Associate. You will work in a busy DIY store, delivering exceptional customer service and helping shoppers find the right products. Both full‑time and part‑time schedules are available, with a required weekend day.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation, including shelving and signage.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system to process transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service standards.
• Work a scheduled weekend shift as part of the roster.
