Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and KPI goals.
• Process large volumes of stock, including receiving and inventory management.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and cleaning standards.
• Uphold a positive, "can‑do" attitude to drive sales.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
