Retail Sales Assistant – Queenstown

About the role

Join the HOKA store in Queenstown as a Sales Assistant, supporting the management team to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment focused on footwear, streetwear and sneaker culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and mobile payments.
• Support inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Passion for streetwear, sneaker culture and active lifestyle brands.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional weekday shifts.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is preferred.
