Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and support new and existing team members.
• Assist daily store operations, process transactions efficiently, maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor, and keep product displays stocked.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, address inquiries, and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and help identify growth opportunities.
