Renewable Energy Project Manager

About the role

Endless Energy is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects throughout New Zealand. Based in Takapuna, Auckland, you will work on‑site delivering clean‑energy solutions for a dynamic, growing company that values variety, trust and autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute solar PV and other renewable energy projects from concept to commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor project performance, report progress and mitigate risks.
• Maintain compliance with New Zealand health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing renewable energy or solar PV projects in New Zealand.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently on‑site while fostering teamwork.
