About the role
Join RecXchange, a global recruiter collaboration platform, as a Remote Recruiter. You will work from anywhere, accessing live client vacancies worldwide and earning placement fees directly for successful hires.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global job openings on the platform.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates into active hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn $3,000‑$11,000 for each candidate you place.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter seeking additional placements.
