About the role
We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our global collaboration platform and work remotely on client vacancies worldwide. You will source and submit candidates for live roles and receive a placement fee for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global vacancies on the platform.
- Identify, engage and submit qualified candidates to active hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn a fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each candidate hired.
Required profile
- Current or former agency recruiter seeking additional placements.
- Freelance recruiter building a personal desk.
- Recruiter between roles who wants to continue billing.
- Strong network of candidates and proven sourcing ability.
