About the role

Vendana is looking for a high‑energy sales professional to drive end‑to‑end sales in the medical transport and aviation sector. You will work remotely, engaging with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations and delivering tailored solutions under tight time constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for medical transport and aviation services.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with clients facing urgent needs.
• Design and propose customized solutions quickly and accurately.
• Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships worldwide.
• Represent Vendana confidently across global markets.
• Collaborate closely with the international team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• C2‑level English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Additional language abilities are a strong plus.
• Resilient, fast‑thinking sales personality – motivated, persistent, persuasive.
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility for occasional scheduled weekend work.
• Previous sales experience in international or high‑stakes environments (aviation/medical preferred but not required).
