Registered Nurse – PACU (Post‑Anaesthetic Care)

About the role

Join Evolution Healthcare as a PACU Registered Nurse at Royston Hospital, providing high‑quality post‑anaesthetic care in a modern private hospital environment. You will work within a supportive PACU team, enjoying a Monday‑Friday roster with no weekend or public‑holiday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive post‑anaesthetic monitoring and care for surgical patients.
• Collaborate closely with the theatre team to ensure safe patient recovery.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and handover information accurately.
• Respond promptly to any complications, escalating to senior staff when required.

Required profile

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Experience in PACU or acute surgical recovery is preferred.
• Calm, confident, and team‑focused with a commitment to clinical excellence.
