Registered Nurse – Full‑time Aged Care

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 176‑bed care home and hospital in Rotorua. This permanent, full‑time position offers a variety of shifts, including AM, PM, night and weekends, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to deliver high‑quality care.
• Develop, implement and monitor individualized care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build lasting relationships with residents, families and general practitioners.
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for helping people and a collaborative team spirit.
